Technically, we're not a service company, we're really a Do-It-Yourself supplier. Still, we really want to help.

In-Store Service: All types of filter, motor, pump and automatic pool cleaner repairs. If you can get it here, we can probably fix it— and at less than half the labor rate of a service tech at your house.

At-Home Spa Service: Well, you're probably not about to bring your spa or hot tub in here, so we can send someone out. Obviously, for warranty and paid work on Marquis, Everyday, Hideaway and Fusion spas: we maintain a huge inventory of parts on our truck. All work on hot tubs purchased from us are at substantial discount.

Plus, we can find you a local tech who would be willing to work on your spa if it is not one of ours.

At-Home Pool Service: That, we do not do as a company. However, we have a small group of service techs that we can refer to you for lots of work. For some, such as above ground pool installations, we actually do not recommend anyone. We do have a directory available, but you can only recieve it in writing, and only in conjuction with a pool or liner purchase from us. For other work: opening, closings, filter and heater repairs and installations, plumbing etc., we can give you information on the phone. Call us or come on in and we'll do our best to help you out.
