► Customer Feedback: A customer from Franklin, NH rated their general shopping experience as Excellent. “Very attentive staff, not pushy.” Did any of our team members do an unusually good job? “Stephanie and Mia explained everything clearly.” Sales help and product performance were rated Excellent. “Kind, knowledgeable, polite – not pushy. Great pool tables.” Communication was rated Good. They would recommend us to a friend. What do we do really well? “Pool table brush with kit was defective. Brought it back and Patrick gave me another (better one), no questions asked.”
► New advertising, weekly specials, promotions, and sales all start Sunday, March 5: “Patty O’Furniture Sale”
► There were 21 “One of These” awards in February; 5 for customer service. Finalists were Sarah (twice), Paul, and Connie. Owner’s Choice was Sarah, and the drawing winner was Ryan. Congratulations to all.
