► We have a new purple Pool Tips: on Leak Detection and Repair. Going into the Pool Tips Rack, and folder, in the patch kit area.
► Customer Feedback: Marc M. of Nashua, gave an excellent in general shopping experience, “It is well displayed to shop”. Marc put that Patrick did an unusually good job, “great service and very knowledgeable”. Marc put that no one did a bad job. He also put excellent on the sales help, “They are all nice in front and the back of the store”. The operations was also marked as excellent, and “very helpful”. The communication was excellent and “just right”. Products were excellent. Would he recommend us to a friend, he put yes and said, “the best place to get answers to any problem”. For what we do really well, Marc put “Customer Service though out the store”.

► I think I am finished ordering grills for the season, because we have more than enough to last us. So don’t assume something is coming in just because we are out.
► A customer bought two chairs for $209.99 each, one minute apart, to use the Reward$ coupon twice. NO, it says right on it use this just once. That doesn’t mean once per minute, it’s just once!
► I just put out an other Season Wrap-up Poll to the people who have not yet submitted the previous one. This one has an earlier-deadline: August 14. I want to be able to react more quickly to them; particularly for those who are leaving soon.
Remember if you want some or all to anonymous, make a copy of the blank and turn it in without your name.
► We now have two Accu-Mats in stock; Pool Table Measuring Guide. They are for rent on the Rental and Sample Loan page. And, like fabric swatch books, they can be taken for 72 hours for free as long as you still fill out a Rental Agreement and take a refundable deposit.
► Wow. I am already getting some great ideas on improvements for next year. Please keep getting me these Seasonal Wrap-Up forms. Than you very much.
► From Patrick: for all employees going to college or returning to school, please let me know the date you are leaving and what you would like your last day to be. If you are returning to high school please let me know what your availability will be.
